源自希腊语 'a-'(无)+'praxis'(行动),1890年由德国神经学家Hugo Liepmann首次定义。
❶ 失用症,一种神经系统疾病,患者无法执行已学会的复杂动作,尽管肌肉力量和协调能力正常。常见于中风或脑损伤患者。

ideational apraxia — 观念性失用症,患者无法按正确顺序完成多步骤动作(如泡茶时先放茶叶后加水)。
