源自中古英语 'crust'(硬壳)+ '-y'(形容词后缀),14世纪晚期开始使用。最初仅描述食物质地,16世纪起引申用于形容人的性格。
❶ 形容食物表面有一层硬壳或脆皮的状态,通常指面包、派皮等烘烤食品的外层质地。
