源自法语déranger(扰乱),由前缀dé-(表示否定)和rangier(排列)组成,字面意思是'打乱秩序'。17世纪进入英语后逐渐发展出'精神错乱'的引申义。
❶ 形容人精神错乱或行为极度异常,通常指因心理疾病导致无法正常思考或行动的状态。
